BERNMOBIL had the Association for Equal Opportunities and Salary (VCLG) examine the equal opportunities and salary in the company. The pilot project shows that the equal opportunities framework at BERNMOBIL is very well designed: Wage and equal opportunities between women and men are promoted and achieved. For this reason the VCLG awards BERNMOBIL the CLG-Bestpractice certificate.
